1.  Definitions

Terms like "you" and "customer" refer to the person using our services. "Services" include automotive and mechanical services as outlined on our website.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Girls N Gasoline. They supersede any prior agreements.

3.  Services

We provide services as listed on our website. We reserve the right to modify services with notice.

4.  Bookings

•  Submit booking requests via our website, phone, or in person.

•  Bookings are confirmed via email and are binding once accepted.

5.  Fees

•  Fees are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.

6.  Cancellation

•  Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice will occur a 50% cancellation fee.

•  Cancellations within 48 hours require full payment.

7.  Liability

•  We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

•  Total liability is capped at the service fee paid.

8.  Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters.

9.  Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through discussions or mediation. Immediate legal action may be taken for urgent matters.

10.  Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
